Step 1 :
Download DeleteAccount Extension Setup From Our Official Website (https://store.aimsinfosoft.com/)
Step 2 :
To Install The Extension Follow Below Steps.
- Upload And Extract Extension Setup To Root Directory It Should Be Like – (App/Code/Aimsinfosoft/DeleteAccount ).
- Run Below Commands
php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy –f
php bin/magento cache:flush
Step 3 :
Go To Magento Admin > Store > Configuration .
Step 4 :
Select Aimsinfosoft > DeleteAccount .
Step 5 :
Now Go To Frontend and Create Customer For website. And Once You Login With That Website You Will Have Left Side Menu Named “Delete Account”, When You Click On it, It Will Redirects You To Delete Customer Page.
Step 6 :
When You Select The Checkbox and Click On Button, It Will Send Confirmation Email To That Customer.
Step 7 :
When You Confirm To Delete Your Account From Email, It Will Delete Your Account From The Website, And It Will Redirects You to Login Page With Success Message.
Step 8 : (Backend)
Once Customer Deleted Successfully From Frontend, Login To Backend And Customer Menu On Left Panel, And Select Deleted Customer Account History.
Step 9 :
It Will Shows The History of Deleted Customers In Backend Grid With Timelog And Some of The Customer Details.
